We work hard to design and create quality pieces for our customers. We also work hard to source quality jewellery pieces for our customers. Each item is scrutinised prior to packaging and shipping. We also pack our delicate items in bubble wrap and/or a padded envelope. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for refund/exchange on all full-priced garments. We do not, however, accept returns for sale or as-is items, and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry/accessories. If however, you receive a damaged or incorrect jewellery item, do get in touch with us within 3 business days of delivery so that we can process the exchange of your item. Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange and we will inform you of our returns address.
Items for return may be shipped to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery as indicated by the Singapore Post registered mail tracking system. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost for your returned items once you provide us with the shipping receipt.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and all items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and unaltered). All items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange can be granted.
Returns that are deemed by us to be used, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be kept at our warehouse for a period of 30 calendar days during which you may request for us to re-ship the item(s) back to you, with the re-shipment cost to be borne by you. After the respected time, vin + min reserves the right to dispose of the goods in any manner it sees fit, and no further claims will be entertained.
If more than one (1) item is to be returned, kindly send all of the items that you wish to return in a single shipment to ensure that your return is processed in a timely fashion.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Further, we recommend that you return your items to us via registered mail with a tracking number to avoid any issues with respect to delivery. vin + min will not be held responsible for any items that are lost in the post.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
With the exclusion of jewelry/ body accessories, we will refund the full value of your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Kindly note that refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Individual banks have varying processing times, and unfortunately, such timings are entirely out of our control. We will notify you once your refund has been submitted for processing.
Where a jewelry item or body accessory is damaged upon receipt, it shall be exchanged for a new and identical item. Where an incorrect jewelry item or body accessory is received, it shall be exchanged for the correct item.
All other items may be exchanged for items that are of equal or greater value. Should the new item be of greater value, you are responsible for paying the difference in the price. We will send you a separate invoice for the new item. Upon our receipt of your returned item, we shall ship out your new item of equal value within 1 business day of receiving your returned item, or where the new item is of greater value, within 1 business day of receiving the balance payment for the said item.
Faulty Goodsvin + min is committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, all our items are inspected piece by piece for any defects prior to shipment. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, other than items that are sold "as-is", please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3 business days from the date of receipt.
