Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Vin + Min, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality pieces and carefully curated jewellery for our customers. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection before being packaged and shipped, and delicate items are wrapped in bubble wrap or padded envelopes to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for refund or exchange on full-priced garments.
Please note the following:
- We do not accept returns for sale or as-is items.
- For hygienic reasons, jewellery and accessories are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
- For damaged or incorrect jewellery items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to arrange an exchange for the correct item.

Return Instructions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as tracked by the registered mail tracking system.
- Returns should be sent back in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and in new, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and unaltered condition. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange can be processed.
- If you are returning multiple items, please ensure they are all returned in one shipment to speed up processing.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Delivery fees for returns are non-refundable.
- For returns within Dubai: We will arrange for a courier to pick up your item(s).
- For international returns: Items must be returned using a courier service only (local postal services cannot deliver to Dubai addresses). You are also required to provide proof of postage when returning the items, as the items remain your responsibility until they are received by Vin + Min.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirmation, and the return will be processed.
For International Returns and Exchanges:
- Delivery fees for returns and exchanges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect jewellery or accessory item, we will exchange it for a new, identical item. For other items, we offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you will be responsible for paying the price difference, and we will send you a separate invoice for this balance.
For Exchanges:
- Within Dubai: We will arrange for a courier to pick up the returned item and deliver the new item after the full payment (if any) for the price difference has been made.
- International Exchanges: Items must be returned using a courier service only (local postal services cannot deliver to Dubai addresses). You are also required to provide proof of postage when returning the items, as the items remain your responsibility until they are received by Vin + Min. Delivery fees for exchanges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- We will issue a refund for the full value of the item(s) (excluding jewellery and body accessories) within 7 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
- Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund, as processing times vary between banks. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
Faulty Goods
Vin + Min takes great care in inspecting all items for defects before shipment. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition (excluding "as-is" items), please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will assist you with an exchange for a new item of the same or a refund.

Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
